In order to give you the best possible experience…

  • We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time if you have not completed our required forms and to relax.  Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment in order to insure the next client will not be delayed.  If you are more than 15 mins late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

  • A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.  Your card will not be charged unless you do not show for your appointment or provide less than the required amount of time to cancel or reschedule.  

  • Please provide 36 hours notice if you must cancel, reschedule or alter an appointment (48 hours for groups) in order to avoid a cancellation fee. No shows or missed appointments without notification will be charged in full.  Same day cancellation will be charge in full if we are unable to rebook that time with another client

  • For your relaxation as well as other spa guests we ask that you please turn off or place your cell phone on silent.

  • Because we care about your well-being we would like to let you know that receiving a massage or facial can stimulate your immune system and if you are already sick it can make you feel worse.  Therefore, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have a cold, fever or the flu.  In return, your therapist will not work on you if they are sick.

  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes, cologne or scented body lotions to your appointment as some of our guests and therapists are asthmatic or highly sensitive to fragrances 

Products and Gift Certificates

Treatments & Packages Expiration

All service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 1 year (365 days) of date of purchase or they will expire.


We are constantly striving to create an environment founded in excellence, quality, and most importantly – the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept opened skin care or make-up product returns (with exception to clear defects in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed.  Unopened products or make-up can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or within 30 days to receive a spa credit.  Unfortunately, due to the shelf life of our products, we can not accept any returns beyond 30 days.

Although allergic reactions are extremely rare with our products, they can occur.  If you have a visible reaction to a product, we ask that you please immediately contact the spa and we will advise you on what to do.  If you do not contact us immediately, we are less likely to offer a satisfactory resolution.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. We will, however, allow them to be transferred to another party.  Referral Incentives can not be combined with gift certificate redemption.
